What is the probability that her other child is a boy as well?

Say two people just put a frozen pizza in the oven to share. When it comes out, someone is going to have to cut it. The only problem is that neither person wants the other to cut it, because they are afraid that the other person will get the bigger piece. Without making another, how is this problem solved?
One person cuts the pizza but the other picks their half first.
