Changing game hosting port for Starcraft

Lots of posts say to change
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Battle.net\Configuration]
DWORD Game Data Port which I never had success with in the past (on Windows XP).
I can verify that on Windows 7 64-bit that I successfully changed it as shown below:
